Even libertarian commentator Tom Woods admits that now. He used to be all against “conspiracy theories”; now every show is about how the World Economic Forum controls the world.
So, it matters when they say things like “we want to implant computer chips in your kids.”

Human implant technologies will soon become a commodity, a blog post published on the World Economic Forum’s website last week suggests, arguing that there are “solid, rational” reasons for microchipping children with location trackers.
The author, Vice President R&D of the Interuniversity Microelectronics Center (IMEC) Kathleen Philips, argues that augmented reality technology “has the ability to transform society and individual lives” and despite sounding “scary,” will undergo the same “natural evolution” as wearable tech.
“Hearing aids or glasses no longer carry a stigma. They are accessories and are even considered a fashion item. Likewise, implants will evolve into a commodity,“ she wrote.
Philips believes an augmented society is more or less inevitable and that the real question is how it will be regulated. “The limits on implants are going to be set by ethical arguments rather than scientific capacity.”
As an example of such “ethical” regulation, the author points to the question of whether or not children should be implanted with microchips. “There are solid, rational reasons for it, like safety,” she writes, noting that for some it might be a “bridge too far.”
As for who will oversee the ethics governing the use of such technologies, Philips states that “ethics should not be preached from an academic ivory tower.”
“Overarching or independent institutions should guide policymakers and researchers in the augmented society on the do’s and dont’s and help build the ethical framework on societal aspects of augmented reality technology,” she wrote.
Philips provides examples of such regulation by pointing to the Council of Europe, which recently launched a strategic action plan for issues raised by the application of neurotechnologies, as well as the Rathenau Institute, founded by the Dutch government, which assesses the impact of technology on our lives.
So it would be wrong for academics to decide ethics, and they should instead be decided by unelected government bureaucrats.
To be clear – we are not just talking about computer chips for tracking people here. We are talking about a cyborg neural interface device, where people’s brains will be connected to the internet. This is supposed to create “infinite knowledge” by allowing people to like, access Wikipedia with their thoughts. However, there is no way for these chips to be a one-way street, so it is just obvious that these weird freaks are planning on using these brain implants to control your thoughts.
It’s possible they could take full control of your body, actually, like some kind of demonic possession. But if they are able to control your thoughts by injecting ideas and regulating your emotions by screwing with the chemical processes of the brain, they won’t need to control you like a robot because they will be able to form your views and give you dopamine rewards for doing what they want you to do, while causing emotional distress – depression and terror – if you don’t do what they want you to do.
People seem to feel uncomfortable talking about this issue of a cyborg agenda. I’m not really sure why, other than that it sounds crazy. But is it really crazier than child trannies? I don’t think so.
It is crazy, but it’s not me saying it. Just like I never promoted child trannies, I just said these people are doing that. If you don’t believe these people are saying this, or don’t believe they are actually powerful, then you need to study this stuff a bit more, because that is not debatable.
Whether or not it is actually possible to control people’s brains with a microchip is a fair line of inquiry. It seems to be possible, technically, but I tend to think that these people will develop very serious mental illness and effectively become non-functional. Probably, removing the chip will cause brain damage, and even if it doesn’t, the mental health effects will be irreversible.
In my opinion, there are certain laws hardwired into the universe, and certain things that people just can’t do. I don’t think you can become immortal or all-knowing.
