Tonight a family in mourning is relived after one of the 3 defendants in the David Santucci murder case was sentenced to life in prison.
After just an hour of deliberation, jury members came back with a 1st degree murder guilty verdict against Dondre Johnson.
Darlin Fugit, David Santucci’s Mother says, “Nobody wins in this it doesn’t bring David back it does give the family knowing that Dondre is going to be spending his life in prison it gives him plenty of chances to think about what he has done.”
