On June 20, 2015 at approximately 5:40 a.m. officers from the Palestine Police Department were dispatched to a single family residence in the 900 block of Conway Street in reference to shots being fired inside a the residence. Police arrived and found two people, one male and one female, with gunshot wounds inside the residence. Medical assistance was called and two ambulances were dispatched to the scene.
