Yulia Skripal issued a statement through the UK police since she cannot really talk to anyone else.
They’re locking her in isolation and are prompting her with what she can and cannot say in phone calls she makes to her family so she doesn’t share information they don’t want her to share.
One would assume that if this was done by the Russians (it wasn’t) they would want her to share her full story as evidence to support their neocon war agenda.
