A 14-Year-Old who is accused of brutally beating and raping an 8-year-old in Seattle is, it has been discovered, the younger brother of Chisean Cressel, who is serving 20-to-life for multiple rapes he committed at age 15. They have different last names, as is common with blacks.

From the Seattle Times:

According to the probable-cause statement outlining the police case against the 14-year-old, the 8-year-old girl, wearing only a shirt and socks, went to the Red Lion Inn & Suites on 74th Avenue South seeking help after the attack. The girl, who reported she had been raped and had significant swelling to her head, told Kent officers that she had seen the boy around the neighborhood but didn’t know him, the statement says.

But on Friday, King County Senior Deputy Prosecutor Michael Mohandeson said the 14-year-old is a friend of the victim’s brother. He is accused of luring the victim into a wooded area and raping her, Mohandeson said. The boy “went to the place where the victim was,” then under “false pretenses” had her come outside so he could “show her a surprise,” said Mohandeson, who oversees sexual-assault cases involving juvenile defendants.

“This is definitely outside the norm, by far,” he said of the alleged rape, noting the “aggressive nature” of the assault and the girl’s young age.

The girl was taken to a hospital for treatment, he said. She suffered a concussion, abrasions and may have been beaten unconscious, Mohandeson said.

The boy was arrested at a house near where the attack occurred, according to the probable-cause statement.

Police say the boy claimed he had consensual sex with the girl, who he thought was 11, but struck her twice in the face when she said she was going to call police, the statement says.

Prosecutors are expected to file formal charges by Wednesday. It is unclear at this early stage whether prosecutors intend to ask for a “decline hearing” to determine if the boy should be charged as an adult.

The Seattle Times is not naming the boy because he is a juvenile and has not been charged with a crime. He does not appear to have a criminal record in Washington state.

Though only 14, the boy is nearly 6 feet tall and weighs 230 pounds, according to the probable-cause statement. A student at Kent Meridian High School, he was reported as a runaway by his stepmother, the statement says.
