2 Black Brothers Arrested for Murdering White First Class Sergeant

James Vester had served in Iraq as well as with the Indiana National Guard as a diesel mechanic. The teens were originally arrested because their car stank of marijuana. They have a previous record of threatening two 13 year old girls with a handgun.

Police arrested two teenage brothers for the murder of 32-year-old James Vester, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officials announced Friday morning.

Tryon Kincade, 19, and Tyshaune Kincade, 18, were arrested on preliminary charges of murder and robbery.

Vester was shot and killed on the west side on Wednesday. IMPD officials said despite the arrests, they are still investigating.
