Samuel Young acted as look-out and held the cupboard door shut, so his juvenile friend could rape the special needs girl.

Two teenagers face charges after police say a 16-year-old girl was sexually assaulted inside East St. Louis High School.

Samuel Young, 18, was charged with two counts of criminal sexual assault. A 16-year-old boy, who has not been identified because of his age, was also charged in juvenile court.

According to police, Young acted as a lookout and held a storage closet shut while the juvenile had sex with the victim on Dec. 16.

Police say the victim is a special needs student.

Authorities say police were notified of alleged incident by the school resource officer on Wednesday.

Young’s bail was set at $100,000.
