Prior to the shooting, police said Roake and his passenger stopped at the Mag Market on Dickerson Pike, where Moore and Porter were also said to have been at the time.

According to investigators, Roake’s passenger reportedly fired a pistol in the air as the car pulled away from the store, which led to the fatal shooting.

Indictments were issued for Moore and Porter on Friday. Neither one of them has been located.
