50-Year-Old Mulatto Charged with Raping 9-Year-Old

Terry Kee. The mother of the victim awoke to hear her child screaming and saw the mulatto raping her.

A 50-year-old man in Lincoln County faced a judge Thursday morning on charges of indecent liberties with a 9-year-old girl.

Police said a friend tried to help Terry Kee after he had too much to drink on New Year’s Eve.

The woman let Kee sleep at her house while he sobered up, police said.

The woman told police she heard her daughter scream. When she walked in she saw Kee taking advantage of her daughter, police said.
