Americans are Stupid and Emotionally Infantile Because They’re Fat

As if we needed it, we have another report on how fat Americans are.

America is struggling with an obesity epidemic, and a new government report says that the population is only getting heavier.

“Mean (or average) weight, waist circumference, and BMI in adults 20 years and older increased between 1999-2000 and 2015-2016,” Cynthia Ogden, one of the report’s authors and an epidemiologist at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Center for Health Statistics, wrote in an email.

The report looked at the height, weight, body-mass index and waist circumference of American adults; it updated a 2004 report on these trends between 1960 and 2002.

In that previous study period, “mean (or average) weight increased by more than 24 pounds and mean height increased by [about] 1 inch,” Ogden said.

The new report shows the trend continuing in weight but not in height.

The average weight of American men in 2015-16 was 197.9 pounds; for women, it was 170.6 pounds. This is up from 189.4 pounds and 163.8 pounds, respectively, in 1999-2000.

BMI, a formula involving height and weight, also increased. In 2015-16, the average BMI was 29.1 for men and 29.6 for women. Both numbers have increased since 1999-2000 when they were 27.8 in men and 28.2 in women.

Americans’ average BMI “is now almost 30 which is the cutoff for obesity,” Ogden noted. According to the CDC, a normal or healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. A BMI of 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight.

Average waist circumference also increased more than 1 inch in men and 2 inches in women, Ogden said: from 99.1 centimeters (39 inches) in men in 1999-2000 to 102.1 centimeters (40.2 inches) in 2015-16. For women, the measurement went from 92.2 centimeters (36.3 inches) to 98 centimeters (38.6 inches).

This fat creates endocrine (hormonal) problems.

This has been known for a very long time.

Here is a Harvard paper from 2011 showing that obesity increases estrogen production:

Obesity lowers testosterone levels. For example, a 2007 study of 1,667 men ages 40 and above found that each one-point increase in BMI was associated with a 2% decrease in testosterone. In addition, a 2008 study of 1,862 men ages 30 and above found that waist circumference was an even stronger predictor of low testosterone levels than BMI. A four-inch increase in waist size increased a man’s odds of having a low testosterone level by 75%; for comparison, 10 years of aging increased the odds by only 36%. All in all, waist circumference was the strongest single predictor of developing symptoms of testosterone deficiency. And if you doubt these two American studies, just consider Australian research that found almost one in every seven obese men could benefit from testosterone replacement, a rate more than four times higher than in nonobese men.

It basically makes men into womanly, pussy faggots.

Which is surely why so many men now get all touchy-feely over pictures of victimized immigrants, and why so many are calling for socialism.

Belief in socialism is also a signifier of low testosterone.

The staff of Buzzfeed, a communist tabloid, tested their testosterone levels, and unsurprisingly, they were extremely low.

This is at the core of the “bugman” phenomenon.

The communist website VICE News actually said that men should not go to the gym, because it makes them less communist.

Besides being pussies, fat people are also stupid.

The researcher, who’s received National Institute on Aging funding to study obesity’s effects on brain function in seniors, notes obesity can change the structure of the brain and cause atrophy.

The Jewish ruling elite want the population to be a bunch of pussified bug people with extremely low mental faculties, and this is why horrible diet and fitness programs are promoted by the system.

It is also why we have such things as “body positivity” and people saying that it is okay to be fat, even though everyone knows it is unhealthy (even while everyone does not know that it makes you a pussy faggot and stupid).

If you are fat, your number one life priority needs to be to not be fat. Period. That is more important than making money, it is more important than gathering information, it is more important than enjoying yourself.

There are a lot of ways to get unfat. All it actually takes is will.

I used to think diet was the most important factor, now I’m wondering if it isn’t strength training. But it doesn’t really matter – you can lose weight purely with diet or you can lose weight purely with weights.

If you don’t have time to do weights, then do it with diet.

The best is obviously to do both at once.

I write a lot about this issue, but people often request guides.

I will put together guides.

But look: this isn’t complicated.

It is a matter of self-control.

This first thing to do is stop drinking beer, as that is just pure estrogen.

Then all you really need to do is control your carbohydrate intake. My advice is, if you are fat, cut the carbs to zero other than vegetables six days a week. On the seventh day, eat potatoes and/or rice. But no sugar.

Cut sugar out completely.

Six days a week, eat nothing but meat and vegetables, period.

You will lose weight steadily just by doing that. You do not have to count carbs. You can eat as much meat and as many vegetables as you want.

As far as the gym – start with a 3 day a week 5×5 strength program. These are very simple. You can get the book Starting Strength, or use this Strong Lifts 5×5 guide.

Starting Strength is probably better, but honestly, it doesn’t really matter. The point is to just get you going.

Once you are not fat, you will be more clear headed. You will do better in school or work. You will figure out ways to make money. You will be more motivated.

We need men who are strong and healthy. That is the number one thing we need. As you get stronger and healthier, any of your previous confusions will begin to melt away. You will understand women better, you will understand business better, you will be a better person. You will do better in your relationships, you will handle stress better.

Just do it.
