Maybe if White women stopped dating blacks they would die less often?
WHEC:
Prosecutors say Alvin Pinkard Sr., age 61, was arrested Monday night after a grand jury handed up an indictment against him in the death of Josephine Chiaverini.
Fifty-seven-year-old Chiaverini was found dead by troopers on the back porch of her home on Joy Road in Sodus on October 6, 2016. State police investigators said they were called to check on her after she did not show up for an appointment.
Chiaverini had injuries to her neck, but — at the time — troopers couldn’t say for certain how she died.
Pinkard was arrested shortly after Chiaverini’s death for violating an order of protection for his former partner. But, at the time, he faced no charges in her death.
