Antonio Santiago was cruelly killed by a creature that has no business living around White people.

Katrina Elkins, 35, the aunt of a teenager convicted last year of killing a 13-month-old, was sentenced to 10 years in prison Friday for giving a fake alibi to police

Authorities said Katrina Elkins originally told investigators that De’Marquise Elkins (pictured below) was at her home at the time Antonio Santiago was killed and her mother was shot during a failed robbery attempt on March 21, 2013.

Glynn County Superior Court Judge Stephen Kelley accepted a plea deal with Katrina Elkins. According to a release from Brunswick Judicial Circuit District Attorney Jackie Johnson, she was convicted of making false statements to the police.

In August 2013 De’Marquise Elkins, then 18, was convicted of murder of the baby as he sat in a stroller. He was also convicted for aggravated assault for shooting the child’s mother, Sherry West.

De’Marquise Elkins is currently serving a 105-year prison term.

His mother, Karimah Elkins was also convicted in connection with the case. Authorities said the 37-year-old threw away the gun that was used.  She was sentenced in March to serve 10 years in prison.
