Oh man. Assad is starting to take the whole NATO-Jew plot to destroy him, his family and his country a bit personally.
He used to spend all this time in Paris, shopping and frittering away his money on expensive crap for his wife. Back then, the French elites loved him, hon hon.
Now that he’s grown a pair from years of war in his country, he’s a badass warlord and doesn’t need a gay little medal to remind him of his days acting like a good goy fag.
RT:
President Bashar Assad has surrendered his Legion of Honor award, France’s most prestigious decoration, given to him by Jacques Chirac in 2001, saying he will not wear honors bestowed by a “slave country” that bombs Syria.
“The ministry of foreign affairs… has returned to the French republic… the decoration of the Grand Croix of the Légion d’honneur awarded to President Assad,” the Syrian Presidency announced on Twitter, noting that the medal was returned to Paris through the Romanian Embassy representing French interests in the country.
A slave country? Slave to who? ZOG probably.
France used to be pretty based for awhile after World War II. They had a pretty bad episode with Algeria that was handled badly by de Gaulle, but still, they managed to remain independent of Washington and do their own thing for awhile.
They kept a somewhat decent army, refused to march in lockstep with NATO, developed their own nukes and kept cozy relationships with some of America’s enemies.
Syria used to be a French territory after it was taken from the Ottomans and some of the older educated folks there still speak French.
I think Assad and his family tried to keep ties with France, and thought they wouldn’t backstab him and might even help him by being a kind of arbiter between him and Washington.
He was, however, let down.
And now he’s going all-out. Dropping the disses and calling out the craveness of France’s tack towards the Washington Consensus camp.
I think he realizes now that there’s no going back to Paris for an expensive shopping spree with his fabu wife.
Assad has realized that it is time to dig down and commit to slugging it out in the trenches.
And for that, I commend him.
