This Canadian gentleman, Mr. Dan Dicks, was kicked oot of CPAC for trying to promote American values by questioning Newt Gingrich.
Clearly, this person is a threat to no one, but the “authorities” as they call themselves are hip to this technique of candidly videoing political figures and making them look stupid or insane, and then posting it on YouTube. Apparently, the security details of these persons are now being told to watch out for anyone who could potentially be planning to ask them an uncomfortable question for a viral YouTube.
I am weary of the endless citing of legal documents that the “patriot” crowd engages in, as I find it boring and ultimately ineffective. The guy with the camera here talks about the First Amendment, but obviously CPAC is a private event where those holding it have a legal right to eject people as they see fit. Thus there is no actual legal infringement here, and citing inapplicable law just makes them look stupid and whiny. It sounded like the cameraman was black, which would explain it sort of.
Still, these patriot types very often have a point, even if they don’t know how to make it: the self-appointed leaders of this country are a joke, and their continual refusal to engage the people on any level proves that they are unfit to lead.
We need a new Hitler. Would that these Jonesian patriots could learn true patriotism and begin putting their energies into something which will actually bring real results.
