Both John Kerry and Joseph Biden appeared before the Jew group J Street earlier this week. J Street is a pro-Israel Jew group that plays like it is more reasonable. They supported the Iran deal, and promote a two-state solution. This is in pretty stark contrast to AIPAC’s “Gas the Arabs, Greater Israel Now!” approach.
As he often does, Biden said some funny things.
“We have an overwhelming obligation, notwithstanding our sometimes overwhelming frustration with the Israeli government, to push them as hard as we can toward what they know in their gut is the only ultimate solution, a two-state solution, while at the same time be an absolute guarantor of their security,” Biden said.
Biden called the path to peace “shrouded” and said that when he visited the region last month he came away discouraged at the prospects for peace talks.
“There is at the moment no political will that I observed among Israelis or Palestinians to move forward with serious negotiations,” he said. “The trust that is necessary to take risks for peace is fractured on both sides.”
Biden criticized Palestinian leaders for failing to condemn terrorist acts but also singled out the “steady, systematic expansion” of Israeli settlements on land Palestinians desire for a state as a step in the wrong direction.
“They are moving toward a one-state reality, and that reality is dangerous,” Biden said.
He concluded with a grim warning: “The present course Israel’s on is not one that’s likely to secure its existence as a Jewish, democratic state — and we have to make sure that happens.”
Must be very difficult for the Obama people to keep up this undying support for a terroristic, genocidal state while also being the champions of social justice.
It’s a good trend though, the leftist outrage at Israel. Because now they’re getting it from both sides. It’s a difficult thing to hold together. I mean, this whole “overwhelming obligation” part – what is it supposed to mean, even?
Whence does this obligation originate?
Even if the Holocaust had actually happened, that would be on the Germans. We fought the Germans.
The idea that we are forever obligated to spend endless billions of dollars to Israel so they can continue to start wars and commit outrageous atrocities is a notion wearing very thin with everyone.

When this element is removed by cancer and heart disease, this idiot gas chamber hoax isn’t going to be enough of an excuse to all these wacky Jews to completely destroy the world on our dime.
