A woman accused of driving a getaway car in a recent homicide case in Winona went before a judge for the first time on Tuesday.
18-year-old Kayla Clay was extradited to Minnesota from Wisconsin. She was charged in Winona County District Court with felony aiding an offender – accomplice after the fact. She also requested a public defender.

Clay was wanted in connection to the October 18 murder of 31-year-old Adam Fort. He was shot and killed in an apparent robbery.
