A Grenada man has been arrested for sexual battery of a vulnerable person. Anthony Reece, age 40 was arrested Thursday by investigators with the Attorney General’s Office Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
The victim was a patient at Tri-Lakes Medical Center in Batesville, where the defendant worked.
Reece is charged with one count of sexual battery of a vulnerable person. He was booked into Panola County Jail and bond was set at $250,000.
If convicted, Reece faces a maximum of 30 years in jail and $10,000 in fines.
