Montgomery police confirm a man has been arrested on a sex crime charge involving a juvenile.
Patrick Monfiston was charged with first-degree sodomy. Police say the incident happened Sunday in the 3500 block of Whiting Avenue and the victim is a girl who Monfiston knows.
Monfiston is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on $60,000 bond.
