It seems like hitting a target at that range wouldn’t be too difficult if the woman wasn’t moving in a serpentine pattern.

WTRF:

A neighbor tells 7News that he awoke at 5:10 a.m. to the sound of two gunshots, followed by a scream, then a second set of two gunshots.

According to officials, a 37-year-old woman was shot and killed outside of a home in a driveway along Driggs Lane.

Initial reports show that the woman was shot in the torso.

Rudolph Richard Galberth Jr., 36, is being held in the Belmont County Jail on a murder charge in connection to this case.

According to officials, Galberth and the victim, Amy Bulter, were living together. There are conflicting reports as to whether the two were married or not.

Galberth Jr. appeared in court this morning. He told the judge that he currently has no money for an attorney.
