Dover Police said two officers were injured when they were dragged across a parking lot by a fleeing man’s car.
It happened about 2:15 a.m. Thursday at the Hamlet Shopping Center. Patrolmen Anthony D’Errico and Willie Johnson saw a man reclining in the driver’s seat of a car and knocked on the window.
Authorities said the man began moving in the car and the officers opened a door the remove him from the vehicle.
