Police have arrested a 40-year-old man in connection with the slaying of a woman inside her apartment earlier this month.
Casey Chadwick was found on June 15 in an apartment at 16 Spaulding St., and her body showed “obvious signs of trauma,” Sgt. Ed Peckham said.
On Thursday, police said Jean Jacques, of 5 Crossway St., had been charged with murder in Chadwick’s death.
Jacques is being held on $1 million bail and is expected to appear in court Thursday, police said.
