Jason Missentzis died after being shot by savages in Flint, Michigan.

A second person has been arrested for the May 10 murder of Jason Missentzis, according to Flint police.

Celeste Baker, 32, has been charged and arraigned for first-degree murder, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and using a computer to commit a crime.

Celeste Baker and Anthony Kennedy have both been charged with murder after a stand-off with police.

Police say Anthony Kennedy, 28, was also arrested on May 13 after a stand-off that ended peacefully between Kennedy and Grand Blanc Township police.
