Two juveniles have been indicted by a Guilford County grand jury on charges of first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of a man in February.

Peter Allen Jr., 14, of 420-A N. Ward Ave., and Tariq Jordan, 15, of 210 Woodrow Ave., both of High Point, were indicted this week in the death of Dennis Wayne Williams on Feb. 25. The shooting occurred five days after Allen turned 14.

Williams, 57, was killed in his house at 1611 N. Hamilton St. in High Point after he opened the door to neighbor Michael Scott Moore, who was asking for help. Police said Moore, 34, was the intended target of the shooting.
