A black male slaughtered Tiffany Mogenson in Prairie Village, KS. This is a city described by the census as 1% black. The perp, Roy Maney, was fleeing from a police cruiser. The officer stopped his chase fearing that Maney would kill someone. Maney killed someone anyway.
