A NANNY who allegedly stabbed two children to death before turning the knife on herself has been declared fit to stand trial.
Yoselyn Ortega has been charged with murdering six-year-old Lulu Krim and her two-year-old brother Leo at their home in New York.
Ortega had told police that she had no memory of the incident when the children’s mother, Marina, returned to their Manhattan apartment with her other daughter Nessie and found the children lying dead in the bath with multiple stab wounds.
