A hapless nurse who served up a bottle of urine with a patient’s breakfast during a disastrous night shift was suspended from working for six months.
Titus Ogunjinmi plonked the bottle next to the woman’s morning meal and then failed to give her the proper medication.
The traumatised patient complained the next morning and fearfully asked: ‘Is that nurse coming back?’ the Nursing and Midwifery Council was told.
Ogunjinmi was cleared of leaving a used incontinence pad on a chair in the woman’s room during the nightmare shift in October 2011.
