You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear.

Daily Mail:

A pastor who bought a Lamborghini for his wife’s anniversary present is said to be living lavishly in a $1.8million home which was bought by the mega-church he works for.

Pastor John Gray, who leads the Relentless Church in Greenville, South Carolina, is said to live in a 7,247 square foot home in Simpsonville, South Carolina, that was purchased by the church, according to the Greenville News.

The home, which supposedly serves as a church parsonage, is said to be about 10 miles away from the mega-church and is located in a gated subdivision.

The median home value in Greenville County, where Gray’s abode is located, is said to be $165,600.

When asked about the decision to buy the $1.8million home for Gray’s use, Relentless’ chief financial officer, Travis Hayes, told the the Greenville News that it ‘is not anything new.

‘This is a practice that is done with every denomination in the nation. That’s what this is. This is an asset that belongs to the church,’ Hayes said.

Should Gray opt to part ways with the church, it’s expected that Gray will leave the home behind.

What about the Lamborghini though?

Hayes told the newspaper that the church board had decided to buy the home as incentive for someone of Gray’s ‘caliber’ to move to Greenville to lead the church.

Bribery.

What kind of spiritual guide needs such an expensive “incentive” to do his thing?

Gray, who is also an associate pastor at televangelist Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, was roundly criticized on social media after video of him presenting Aventer with the keys to the luxury vehicle during their eighth anniversary vow renewal was posted online.

In response, Gray took to various social media platforms himself to defend his decision to purchase the pricey car.

‘Pastor buys his wife, you know, this expensive car,’ Gray said in an impassioned Instagram video now taken down. ‘First of all, it wasn’t a pastor that bought the car. It was a husband that bought the car. Get that in your spirit.’

‘I want to make it clear, not a nickel, not a penny, from this church, Relentless Church, went towards the gift that I made my wife,’ Gray said in a Facebook Live video.

Instead, Gray said the money for the car came from his show, ‘The Book of John Gray,’ on the Oprah Winfrey Network, revenue from a book deal and a great deal of scrimping and saving over months.

He said that he put down the deposit for the car in February and hasn’t paid off the whole car yet.

The idea of niggers in any religion is preposterous. “Spiritual niggers” are a myth. They’re the lowest vibrational humanoids on Earth — at least of the ones we know of — they have no brain capacity for connecting to the divine, which produces stories like this.

This nigger is a pretender. If the money for the car didn’t come from the Church, and you believe his story, would you trust someone who “scrimps and saves over months” to buy a luxury car to guide you spiritually?

Would you trust a creature so addicted to gibs to guide your soul?

Aventer also weighed in on the car controversy on social media.

‘MY HUBBY IS A HARD-WORKER, HE WORKED HIS WHOLE LIFE AND HE SAVED TO BLESS HIS WIFE!’ she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.

I don’t see anyone screaming about how basketball players drive what they do while you paying $$ to see them play in arenas and on fields. We don’t live for people! We live for God!

Pretty accurate portrayal of the relationship between niggers and religion.

They are addicted to the material, possessed by daemons, and forever marked.
