A woman will spend this holiday recovering from a punch to the face from a total stranger in Wicker Park.
It was caught on surveillance video released by the 7-Eleven store in the 1600-block of North Milwaukee Avenue.
The woman said she entered the convenience store at about 10:20 a.m. Monday when a man she’d never met swung at her on his way out, giving her a broken nose.
She had reconstructive surgery Thursday morning.
