Earnest Michael Padillow: The 47-year-old Tulsan was headed to the witness sand, supposedly to testify in his own behalf during his rape trial, when he punched his lawyer, court personnel said.
Padillow was put in a headlock by another defense lawyer and then subdued with a stun gun by a sheriff’s deputy.
