As always, they don’t give the race of the victim. They don’t give the race of the perp either, but they give a picture.
Probably, she was not black. We don’t really hear about blacks raping other blacks, ever.

Police have charged a Hampton City Schools employee in connection to the sexual assault of a juvenile at a city elementary school.
Jerome Jenkins, 56, of the 200 block of Prince James Drive, was arrested Friday afternoon and charged with one-count of aggravated sexual battery, said Sgt. Jason Price, spokesman for the Hampton Police Division, in a news release. He is in custody at Hampton City Jail, Price said.
Jenkins is employed as a custodian, said Carolyn Bowers, a school division spokeswoman. He has been with the division since 1998.
She said she did not know Jenkin’s current employment status with the school divison.
The charges are in connection to an incident that occurred Friday morning at Forrest Elementary School located in the 1400 block of Todds Lane.
They simply cannot resist the urges toward these behaviors. Expecting them to is idiotic on our part.
