Frank Gaines Whitington was cruelly cut down by a low IQ mud-coloured biped, shortly after his graduation.

An arrest has been made in the murder of an MUS student just days after his graduation.

Andrae Tewari, 19, is charged with second degree murder.

Frank Gaines Whitington, 18, was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Champion Hills Apartments.

Police say Tewari admitted to the murder.
