Tim Paulsen thought his dog had been kicked to death by the Negro

A California UPS employee has been disciplined after he was caught on camera kicking a small dog, then twice shoving the pooch’s owner.

Tim Paulsen says he ran up to confront the delivery driver outside the senior center where he works to protect his pup from any more abuse.

“Honestly, I thought he’d killed the dog. When I saw him spin around like that, I thought, ‘Oh man, that’s it,’” Paulsen told KSBY-TV. “He didn’t say a word. I wasn’t prepared for it. He just clobbered me twice, not once.”

Paulsen said he brought the small white pooch, a 10-year-old named Patch, to the Atascadero facility May 28 to provide therapy for Alzheimer’s patients.

The dog was lifted up off the ground with the force of the kick.

In the video, Patch appears to recover from the kick rather quickly and again begins to run around the driver’s feet as the humans get face-to-face. Paulsen appears to clench his fist, but claims “it was a reaction.”
