A man charged with murdering a mother and son in Watertown is refusing to talk to his public defender and was ordered to undergo a psychological exam Thursday.

Claude Turner, 36, was charged in 2012 with multiple counts of murder in the brutal slaying of Michael Perkins, 26, and his 58-year-old mother, Donna Bouffard, who were found stabbed to death in their Falls Avenue home in Oakville.
