I’m certain that everyone who has ever driven a car has violated at least one road law in their life for one reason or another. Many people have been pulled over for speeding, or have been the passenger when someone else was.

I can’t think of any group other than Blacks which is more likely to get into shootings or other violent altercations when pulled over by the police.

CBS:

A man has been convicted of attempted murder for opening fire on two Pennsylvania State Police troopers during a traffic stop last fall, critically wounding one of them.

Daniel Clary was accused of shooting Cpl. Seth Kelly, who was helping another trooper arrest Clary in Northampton County. He’d been pulled over for speeding and failed sobriety tests.

Officials say Kelly may have saved his own life by applying a tourniquet on his wounded leg before paramedics arrived.
