Blacks Test Worse in English Than Immigrants Who Speak English as a Second Language

Blacks are testing lower in English than immigrants who speak English as a second language, proving once again that racism by White people is destroying the Black community and causing them to fail miserably at everything they attempt to do.

What we need to do is get serious about education. We need to put more funding in it. We need more men in the environment. Believe me, it works. This is the teachers’ fault.

We need to move forward. We need Blacks to do their real potential. They are exactly the same as us, besides skin color.
