These politicians are such clowns. Here we have a British MP by the name of Thomas Docherty saying that there needs to be a national debate on whether there should be limits on freedom of expression. If you have limits on freedom of speech or types of expression than you don’t have free speech. This type of nonsensical double speak has been used increasingly more by useful idiot politicians over the past several decades. Specifically, we have seen a stifling of political speech with an encouragement of profanity and degeneracy as representing the virtues of free speech. It is totally backwards.
The MP claims he wants to have a debate on whether Adolf Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” should be banned. In other words, he wants it banned. Why would he want a debate to ban something if he didn’t want it banned in the first place?
As the world observes International Holocaust Remembrance Day, a member of the British Parliament is urging his country to debate whether “Mein Kampf,” Adolf Hitler’s political manifesto, should be banned.
The Guardian reports that Parliament member Thomas Docherty wrote a letter to Sajid Javid, Britain’s culture secretary, noting that “there is a compelling case for a national debate on whether there should be limits on the freedom of expression.”
Docherty, a Scottish member of the Labor Party, said he’s not necessarily advocating banning the book. “I’m not saying it should be banned, I am saying we should absolutely have a debate about whether or not it should be banned,” he said. “I think this is a debate we should have, and there is an irony if we censor a debate about the limits of free speech.”
The fact that “Mein Kampf” is still banned in Germany and we have people talking about banning it in other places, indicates that the ideas Hitler put forward in his book are more important than ever. What he said about the Jews was accurate and we have the Jewish power structure in panic mode trying to figure out what to do about the growing number of people who have identified their subversive activities.
