A man from Brooklyn was sentenced to 25 years in prison for murdering a mother-of-four and is separately awaiting trial for another brutal killing.
Joseph Danclair, 40, was found guilty of killing Chrissy Bevelaqua, 34, from Staten Island at the Bushwick Hotel in East Williamsburg in July 2015.
Bevelaqua, who was found on a bed with bruises on her head and neck, was killed by compression of her neck and chest, an autopsy determined.
Brooklyn Supreme Court Judge Dineen Riviezzo handed down the sentence Wednesday, the New York Daily News reported.
Danclair is also accused of killing Antoinette Marin, 43, on September 8, 2015, in the Manhattan Broadway Hotel in Midtown.
He told police Marin never woke up after a night of drug use and rough sex.
However an autopsy determined that she too died from compression of the neck and chest, officials said. That case is pending in Manhattan Supreme Court.

It is understood that the women appeared to have willingly visited the hotels with Danclair.
