California Pushes State-Enforced Gynocracy on Big Companies

What do you think women think about when they say that they want to be businesswomen?

They think of the woman in the above photo, probably. Stylish, sexy, chic, she’s got a laptop, she’s got her coffee, she’s rocking dat “I’m an independent woman” look, and yeah she’s fabu – absolutely fabu.

Do they give a shit about actually doing the work? Tinkering with ideas, projects, new stuff? Rising up the corporate ladder?

Doubt it.

Anyways.

California. State-enforced wymminz in the workplace. We knew it was coming. Next, it will be state-enforced homosexuality.

CNN:

California just took a crucial step toward increasing the number of women on corporate boards.

State legislators passed a bill Wednesday that would require publicly-traded companies headquartered in California to place at least one woman on their board by the end of next year — or face a penalty.

Research shows that female representation on boards is key for women’s advancement in corporate America. Women on boards are more likely to consider female leaders for the C-suite and choose more diverse candidates for the board itself.

If the bill is signed into law by California governor Jerry Brown, it would be the first state to take such a step. Unlike some European countries, the United States doesn’t mandate female representation on company boards. A majority of companies in the S&P 500 have at least one woman on their boards, but only 25% have more than two, according to a study from PwC.

I don’t really like big business because big business hasn’t really ever done anything for me. Not even Apple. They gave me a sweet Macbook that I’m using now, but my Iphone’s screen craps out at random times and the phone is brand new.

That’s 1-1 in my book. Which puts me in the solid neutral, leaning antagonistic on the issue. But then when you consider that a Globo-Homo is really Corpo-Globo-Homo, well, then I start singing a different tune.

Big business can get fucked.

I support this quota in particular because it isn’t squeezing the candidate pool for young White entry-level men. It’s forcing the boards to start accepting this quota garbage. And that’s nice to see. Corpo-Globo-Homo thought that it could avoid the effects of the poz if they just said some nice things and intimidated a few recent college-grad lads every year by having them go through HR.

Little did they know that the monster was going to come for them eventually too.

Soon, they’re going to be forced to have a mulatto guy on the board. State-enforced mandatory niggers. They’re going to need guys with turbans that they found at the 7/11 – anybody will do, really. So long as they’re not White. They might hire Californians still tho.

Because Californians are not White anymore.

They rescinded the right to be called White when they became an Asiatic-Aztec colony with only a few IT holdout neighborhoods protected by rooftop Koreans.

Don’t get mad.

It’s true.

I’m just doing my job here: reminding you.

It only gets worse for California from here on out.
