The billionaire Jewish criminal Sergei Polonsky will not be extradited to Russia to face embezzlement charges, a Cambodian court has ruled.

From the Independent:

Polonsky, who was once worth $1.2bn (£730,000), is accused of fraud in a case in which authorities say 5.7bn roubles (£105m) was stolen from investors in a Moscow property development project.

Cambodian police rearrested Polonsky in November last year, planning to extradite him at Moscow’s request. He has since been added to Interpol’s wanted list.

Polonsky’s Cambodian lawyer Benson Samay said judges at a closed-door decision at the appeal court on Monday cited the lack of an extradition treaty between Cambodia and Russia in informing their decision.

Polonsky is also facing unrelated charges for assault, surrounding a violent event that took place on a Cambodian tourist boat.

Cambodia, a nation with a history of leniency for pedophiles, in 2012 did deport the Swedish Gottfrid Svartholm Warg, co-founder of the Pirate Bay, at the request of the capitalist Jews who had a vendetta against Warg for freely distributing their overpriced music and movies to the people on the torrent site.

Pedophiles? That's cool. Violent boat-Jew who stole millions from Russian goyim? No problem. Bright-faced young man who shared files on the internet? Get the hell out of Cambodia.

After deporting the heroic Nordic pirate, Jewish-run Sweden awarded the country with a $60 million payout for their cooperation.
