The Canadian government announced that it will increase immigration to record levels next year which will speed up that nation’s descent into Third World status, and will move the racial tipping point into nonwhite majority status even earlier than the predicted 2040 deadline.
According to a recent statement by Citizenship and Immigration Minister Chris Alexander, Canada aims to import as many as 285,000 new permanent residents in 2015, which, he boasted, was the highest planned total “in recent history.”
The last time Canada admitted as many as 280,000 permanent residents was in 2010. Official figures show that nearly 65 percent of all admissions will be economic immigrants and their dependents.
The immigrants are overwhelmingly from Third World nations. According to government figures, of the 257,887 total legal immigrants admitted in 2012, just 27,000 were from Western nations such as the US, the UK and France. All the rest were from nonwhite nations, namely China (33,018, or 12.8%); Philippines (32,747, or 12.7%); India (28,943, or 11.2%); Pakistan (9,931, or 3.9%); Iran (6,463, or 2.5%); Haiti (5,599, or 2.2%); South Korea (5,308, or 2.1%); and so on.
Statistics Canada projects that, by 2031, almost one-half of the population over the age of 15 will be foreign-born or have at least one foreign-born parent (Projections of the Diversity of the Canadian Population).
Nonwhites are set to make up the majority population of all of the major cities in Canada by 2030, and, according to the 2006 Census, are increasing at a rate five times the growth in the population as a whole.
Statistics Canada (SC) has previously reported that 83.9 percent of immigrants who arrived between the 2001 and 2006 censuses were from non-European countries. Between 2001 and 2006 the Third World population increased 27.2 percent to nearly 5.1 million, compared with the 5.4 percent growth in the overall population.
Furthermore, the Third World-origin population is younger with an average age of 33 years, compared with an average age of 39 for the population as a whole. This means that the racial demographic scale will swing even more sharply in years to come. An estimated 22.6 percent of the Third World population were children aged 14 years and under whereas 17.9 percent of the total population were in this age bracket.
Imprisonment rates for Third World immigrants in Canada is regarded in that country as an explosive issue, and the Canadian government accordingly either does not keep such figures, or does not release them to the public. There have been no publicly released figures on nonwhite crime and imprisonment figures since the late 1990s, most likely out of a fear of the trends which were already evident.
From 1986 to 1993, for example, official statistics showed that the number of blacks imprisoned in Ontario had increased by 204 percent compared with a 23 percent increase for whites. In 1996, only three percent of Ontario’s 10 million people were black, but blacks accounted for 15 percent of the prison population in that city.
In 1994, a report by the ‘Commission on Systematic Racism in the Criminal Justice System’ found that blacks in Canada had a prison admission rate twice that of whites, despite being a minority. A similar 1998 report found that blacks in Canada had an imprisonment rate three times higher than the general population.
Whites were imprisoned at the rate of 42 per 100,000, Canadian Indians at the rate of 184 per 100,000, blacks at the rate of 146 per 100,000 and Asians at the rate of 16 per 100,000, while ‘others’ were imprisoned at a rate of 99 per 100,000.
The new wave of immigration is therefore set to irreparably change Canada from the European-founded nation which it was, into something resembling a hybrid between China, India and Haiti.
