We must all make sacrifices for the sake of diversity, eh. That’s what Canada’s all aboot.
If you think you can avoid being a target for firing at your job by being politically correct in your speech and behavior, I’ve got some bad news for you. You’re already a target by virtue of being a “fucking White male.”

But don’t worry. Once every real job is done by women and Blacks, the economy is going to be so much better that we might just be able to get WiFi and Xbox’s in our man-cages. So whatever you do, don’t resist and make it harder on everyone.
Michelle Obama challenged tech leaders to make sacrifices for the sake of gender equality last week during Dreamforce, one of the world’s biggest tech conferences.
“Sacrifices.”
Interesting choice of word, there, Micheal.

“If we’re not willing to share the power,” Obama said, “and maybe step down from a seat or create more seats at the table, if we’re not just hoarding seats and thinking it’s all mine mine mine mine mine, until we do that, then it won’t change.”
Yes, yes, White men need to “step down” from their seats…

The numbers show a clear problem. In 2016, women made up only 23 per cent of science, technology, engineering and mathematics jobs worldwide, according to LinkedIn.
But, if one thing was clear at the San Francisco gathering, it’s that the tech world is undergoing a much-needed shakeup. Equity and diversity have gone from buzzwords to core values. Companies, and the women within them, are realizing their power — and making changes.
This is how four Canadian tech companies are taking new approaches to gender equality:
Shopify
Problem: Archaic, male-dominated co-op programs
Solution: A new bachelor of computer science program
White males are increasingly avoiding universities due to the intensely hostile atmosphere, total politicization of every subject and lowered standards. So it makes sense that hiring from a pozzed-up undergraduate program would lead to very few White males being interested.
College students: prime recruitment ground for a tech-savvy corporation. The token White guy is still an unfortunate holdover from college’s supremacist past, but is sure to go away soon.

Problem: Unconscious biases
Solution: Top-down education
In other words, “sensitivity training.” Which is to say, “brainwashing sessions.”
Good thing those things have been shown to have the opposite effect on men’s attitudes towards “diversity.” Well, I guess by turning all the men in the company into mysoginistic Nazis, it’ll give Hootsuite a good excuse to fire them all later.

Problem: The gender pay gap
Solution: Quarterly reviews
In other words, pay women who don’t work the same hours and contribute less to the company the same pay as the men who shoulder the burden. Normally, men who work a lot and make huge contributions will then go on to demand pay increases. By reviewing everyone’s pay and making sure that there’s no “pay gap,” you can be sure that women will be getting raises they wouldn’t deserve over their male co-workers.

In other words, fire everyone who’s not a low-testosterone bugman. Strong men have strong opinions and tend to express them in blunt, honest ways. That of course is going to irritate women, faggots and brown people. Solution? Get rid of em’!
As more and more corporations implement these kinds of policies, it’s going to become essentially impossible for normal White guys to hold jobs there. If you want to make money in the future, you’ll have to either go into trades or start your own business.
The good thing, of course, is that all these evil anti-White companies are going to collapse from the inside after cleansing their operations from actual competent people – White men.
