Canada clearly needs moe programs to help these underprivileged yoofs.

The Spec:

Police were called to the RBC branch at 752 Upper James St. around 12:30 p.m. Friday. It’s believed two suspects entered the bank, with one demanding money and threatening to hurt staff with a knife.

They were given an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing in a waiting car — an older, silver four-door Honda Civic, police said. A third person was in the car.

Police found the car nearby, where witnesses said all three fled on foot. Two of the suspects were arrested in the area.

The third person sought is described as a black male in his 20s, five-foot-10 to six-foot, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing sunglasses, a black jacket, black hoodie, black pants, black shoes and black gloves.

Shuaib Hussein, 20, from Kitchener is charged with robbery, obstructing police and flight from police.

The second male youth from Kitchener, who cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was charged with robbery and wearing a disguise with intent.
