One of these men is a criminal. The other dindu nuffin.

In these “White cop, unarmed teen” situations, whatever you do the Jews and their Black hordes win.

If you don’t indict, they burn down the bitch (Ferguson). If you do indict, the cops become fearful of doing their job for fear of suffering the same fate, and so hang back and do not confront Blacks, causing crime to sky-rocket (Baltimore).

I think when officials weighed the Cincinnati case, it was much more about balancing those two potential outcomes than considering the potential guilt or lack thereof of the cop.

Reuters:

A University of Cincinnati police officer was indicted on Wednesday on murder charges in the fatal shooting last week of an unarmed black motorist who was stopped because of a missing front license plate.

Hamilton County prosecutor Joseph Deters called the July 19 killing of Samuel Dubose, 43, “senseless” and “totally unwarranted.”

Ray Tensing, the 25-year-old white officer who shot Dubose in the head, “wasn’t dealing with someone who was wanted for murder,” Deters told a news conference. “He was dealing with someone who didn’t have a front license plate. This is, in the vernacular, a pretty chicken crap stop.”

Tensing was to be arraigned at 10 a.m. EDT on Thursday in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas and could be sentenced to life in prison if convicted.

Cincinnati officials braced for possible unrest after the grand jury’s decision was announced, and the university closed down for the day as a precaution.

A racially mixed crowd of about 300 people braved a heavy rain Wednesday evening to attend a peaceful “Black Lives Matter” rally outside the courthouse, where relatives of Dubose and supporters welcomed the indictment but called for punishment of other officers involved in the incident.

Several dozen protesters peeled off from the rally and marched to police headquarters, some chanting, “This is what democracy looks like,” but there were no immediate reports of any trouble.

A body-camera video that Deters played for reporters showed how the traffic stop of Dubose escalated into deadly violence. After failing to provide a driver’s license at Tensing’s request, Dubose tried to prevent Tensing from opening the car door as the officer ordered him to remove his seat belt.

The car started slowly rolling forward as Tensing reached in and yelled for him to stop. The officer then pulled his gun and fired once, killing Dubose.

The video has been released:

The officer seems very professional, talking to the Black as if he is a misbehaving child, as is considered the appropriate way – before he murder the poor bastard in cold blood out of pure hatred!

No I mean. Come on. DuBose refuses to get out of the car, there is clearly some type of struggle (camera shaking, unclear) and Tensing fires. As I would. As you would. As any of these people trying to lynch him would.

The Black is inside of his car, and easily could have had a gun, or he could have grabbed the officer’s gun.

What was this cop supposed to do?

Charging this man with murder is absolutely insane. Like something out of a cartoon.

We posted two stories in the Race War section today about Blacks killing cops (here, here). It happens constantly. These guys have a right to be cautious.

Dubose had been arrested more than sixty times. Pretending he was not a clear and present danger is beyond the pale.

Who would you rather meet in a dark alley?
Who would you rather run into in a dark alley?

But they aren’t even talking about that, because it doesn’t fit the narrative.

These bastards lynching him aren’t even talking about the video itself – they are saying that he shouldn’t have pulled the guy over for not having a front license plate! Is it not policy to do so? Was Tensing violating policy? Or is it part of his job to pull people over for not having a front license plate?

Impossible to Convict

It is obviously impossible to convict this man of murder, or manslaughter (which they will very quickly try to lower it to). Because he didn’t do anything wrong. Trying to flee an officer is clearly grounds for the officer to draw a weapon, and getting dragged by a car is clearly grounds to shoot.

The SJW prosecutor can embrace the fantasy that whenever a White cop shoots an unarmed Black teen, the White is guilty, but a court won’t.

So you are going to end up with the worst of both worlds. Cincinnati cops (as well as cops across the country) are going to back off from doing their job and confronting Blacks, and then when Tensing gets off they’re going to riot even harder because of the build-up of tension.

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to goyim. It is a dimension as vast as shekels and as timeless as low interest loans. It is the middle ground between cash and credit, between economy and media, and it lies between the pit of goyim's pockets and the summit of his confusion. This is the dimension of shilling. It is an area which we call the Jewing Intensifies.
