CNN Anchor Says Josh Shapiro Would be a Risky VP Pick “Because He’s Jewish”

This is so awesome.

New York Post:

Critics slammed CNN after anchor John King said there were “risks” in putting forward Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro as the Democratic vice presidential nominee because “he’s Jewish.”

“He’s certainly under consideration,” King said on CNN Sunday night, referencing discussions with allies of Vice President Kamala Harris.

“He’s a first-term governor, he’s Jewish, there could be some risks in putting him on the ticket, but certainly some of our voters here in Pennsylvania said, ‘Hey, we like Gov. Shapiro, give him a look,’” he added.

King, who announced plans to convert to Judaism back in 2008, was briefly married to CNN anchor Dana Bash, who is Jewish. While it is not entirely clear what prompted King’s remarks, Democrats have been mired by infighting over the Israel-Hamas war.

What prompted King’s remarks is that it’s true.

Jewishness is now a risk in American politics, at least on the left.

The Republicans might still be worshiping the Jews in between Indian pagan rituals and having gay sex.

But many on the left know the score, and know what’s up with our national rat infestation.

What King said is just true: being Jewish means less Democrat voters like or trust you.

It’s a bit like what having a practicing Hindu wife from India used to be for a Republican – a risk. (That particular thing is not a risk for Republicans anymore, haha.)

They say “politics makes strange bedfellows.”

Well, you can catch me in the “people who hate the Jews” bed.

Everyone is now gay and brown and into weird sexual antics. So, when it comes to politics, I have but one question for you: “Jews: what do you think of them?”
