The fact that they’re not releasing them in spite of the fact that they aren’t classified would indicate that the memos are actually incriminating for Comey himself, either because they contain damning information, or simply because they would reveal inconsistencies and lies in Comey’s recent testimony or various other lies and holes in the narrative.
We’re not dealing with the same caliber of kikes that we used to, that’s for sure.
CNN filed a lawsuit in federal court Thursday to force the FBI to make former Director James Comey’s memos documenting his interactions with President Trump about the Russia investigation public.
“Despite high public interest in the content of the memos, Comey’s testimony that the records are not classified and a ruling from the Justice Department that the FBI should expedite CNN’s FOIA request for the memos, the FBI has not provided either the documents or a reason to withhold them,” according to the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
CNN, according to a story on its website, contends the FBI withholding the memos from public release “constitutes a violation of the federal Freedom of Information Act.”
The heroic journalists at CNN are always fighting for truth and honor, and against the establishment. In their minds.
Comey, testifying before the Senate Intelligence Committee last week, described the contents of contemporaneous memos he wrote about his conversations with Trump.
In the memos, Comey recalls Trump said he hoped the FBI could stop investigating Mike Flynn, the president’s former national security adviser.
After Trump tweeted a warning he or his associates may have recorded conversations with Comey, the former FBI director released the memos to a friend, Columbia University professor Daniel Richman.
Richman, at the request of Comey, revealed the details of the memos to the New York Times.
Comey said Richman returned his copy of the memos to the FBI.

Now, here’s a good question: Why didn’t Comey just give the memos to the New York Times? And failing that, why didn’t the Jew Daniel Richman do so, instead just giving them his own “version” of what the memos contained?
Richman is a law professor. The most obvious answer to that is that the memos potentially contained things that would be harmful either to Comey himself, or the anti-Trump agenda. He’s a pretty good lawyer himself, but he needed this super-Jew Lawyer to sift through the papers and decide which parts would be safe and useful to share with the media, and which parts were dangerous and shouldn’t be made public.
These CNN retards, if they successfully force the FBI to release the whole document to the public, would probably do Trump a huge service.
What if CNN wins the lawsuit and then realize, after reading the memos, that they’ve made a huge mistake? There’s no way they could justify keeping them hidden from the public after such a high profile lawsuit in the name of “government transparency and accountability.” They would be forced to release them.
An army of /pol/acks would then swarm down and analyze the memos with excruciating autism to find everything they contain which is incriminating or embarrassing for the establishment.
