Police say they have arrested two teens in connection with a murder of a man in West Oak Lane.
According to police, Samantha Angelo,18, and Elijah Maddox,18, were arrested on Thursday, July 23th for their alleged involvement in the murder of 46-year-old Frederic Schmid from Lederbach, Pa.
Police say officers responded to a report of a shooting on the 1400 block of West 71st Avenue in West Oak Lane around 7:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14th. Officers found a man lying on the ground in the rear of of an apartment complex suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. The victim was identified as Frederic Schmid. Medics responded and pronounced the Frederic at 7:18am.
Police say Samantha Angelo and Elijah Maddox have been charged with murder, robbery, carjacking, criminal conspiracy, and related offenses.
