As I mentioned earlier this week, I’m doing a complete fast. I am smoking and drinking coffee, so it’s not as hardcore as it could be. But it’s still pretty hardcore.
I have usually only done 3 day fasts, but in recent years – really since that heinously destructive virus hoax – I’ve not wanted to stop drinking alcohol for 3 days. But I’m pulling myself together and now I’m on day 5 of the fast. I’m going to complete it and then stop. I was actually only going for 3 days and decided to push it because I am experiencing so many benefits. Now, I’m a bit worried about losing muscle mass, because whatever fat I had on my belly is now gone.
However, there is a good study by the Chinese that says after a 10 day fast, any muscle mass lost comes back quickly.
People should read that or at least skim it. Basically, the conclusion is that the 10 day fast has an extremely positive impact on every single thing they checked, including the blood, metabolism, inflammation, heart health, and even mental health.
I’m Irish, so along with alcoholism and an obsession with beating women, I have constant underlying skin problems. I didn’t have any weird rashes before I started this fast (though I get them a few times a year), but I had dandruff and dried skin on my face and weird dryness behind my ears (the latter of which probably qualifies as a “rash”). All of these issues disappeared within 48 hours. I cannot believe how clean and smooth my scalp is.
As stated, whatever fat was on my belly has gone, various other lingering issues appear to be gone, and my mood has increased significantly (although my head is getting a bit foggy at this point).
Basically, fasting appears to be a massive secret and a miracle cure for everything. The study I linked is Chinese, because it is de facto impossible to do a study on fasting in the United States, as all studies that get funded must be for the purpose of promoting pharmaceutical drugs. I am of the belief that basically every problem that is currently being treated with drugs can be cured with fasting (of course in conjunction with a good diet when you’re not fasting). I’m going to start doing 3 days once per month and at least 7 or maybe 10 days 1-2 times per year (hopefully without the coffee and cigarettes, as although they don’t affect the metabolism, they likely don’t help the process).
The other issue that is likely relevant here is the parasite problem. I have come to believe that we are all carrying parasites, and the only real solution to these parasites is fasting at a minimum of 72 hours.
Here is an interesting presentation with some Russian Orthodox guy about the link between parasites and demonic influence.
He doesn’t say that parasites necessarily equal demonic possession, but that these parasites serve as “Bluetooth receptors” for demons. Obviously, you don’t have to be full-on possessed by demons in the serious sense to have demons nipping at you, affecting your mood, hitting you with persistent negative thoughts, and so on. I don’t want to sound like some kind of Tucker Carlson-tier kook here, but I do believe that these parasites that we acquire from various foods and environmental factors lead to a demonic psychological and physical situation.
Just look at them:
Why do they look like every portrayal of demonic entities?
One thing that hit me was that Jesus said that there are some demons who can’t be exorcised by a priest and can only be removed through fasting. Why would that be?
Furthermore: the Bible usually frames things in terms of spiritual health (that goes for Old and New Testaments), but there was not so much of a distinction between physical and spiritual health back then. We have to assume that something that is good for our spiritual health is also good for our physical health (why wouldn’t it be?). We should consider just how many times the Bible talks about fasting: more than 70 times.
Here is a study that says one parasite makes people more interested in BDSM.
Why?
Just something to think about.
Regardless if parasites are causing you to be manipulated by demons or not, complete fasting is something I highly recommend. There are no negatives. It is difficult, you do feel hungry if you’re not doing something, but if you’re focused on something then after the first 48 hours you don’t really notice the hunger too much. If you just stay busy, you shouldn’t really have a problem. Maybe start Sunday night and then go to work on Monday and keep busy. Then try to go to bed early. For me it’s most difficult at night, but even then it’s not really very difficult for me. I have pretty good self-control with these things. I’m good at suffering. (It might be the only thing I’m good at.)
I understand for others this will be more difficult, but it’s really not as difficult as it sounds like it would be, and you will enjoy these benefits. Everything good will happen.
Further, I also believe in intermittent fasting, and have been doing that for many years. Basically, I only eat once per day, meaning I do a significant fast every day. Simply skipping breakfast and having a late lunch can do wonders for your mood and energy levels, because after sleeping, you’re already likely on a 10+ hour fast. At first, you might have less energy, but after a week or two you’ll start to feel much better.
In the near future, I will write more about health and fitness. I’ve recently been developing a new workout routine, as I’ve realized that my serious squats (I was doing 2.5x bodyweight) is not really sustainable into middle age, and probably wasn’t that great of an idea in the first place. I have very good form, but when you start to get into these high weights, micro-defects in your form can cause major trouble over time.
My diet advice is the same as it always was, but I should really go back over that again. I think that incorporating fasting can help people cut the crappy carbs, because I now believe these parasites are what are craving the cheap carbs. It doesn’t really make sense that your body would be craving unhealthy food, does it? It makes sense to crave steak or fish or even fruits, but to crave shitty carbs? Why? Probably parasite micro-organisms manipulating your limbic and hormonal systems.
I am not really on-board with the carnivore diet as a long term thing, because I do believe your body needs carbs (which should come from white rice, potatoes, and liquor), but if you are overweight, there is really no reason to ever eat carbs. No one has any excuse to be overweight. If you can’t control your own body, you can’t ever expect to have control over anything at all, and you will only ever be a helpless victim flailing around.
