The gay Jew of the Daily Beast, James Kirchick, is attacking Hillary for not being gay enough.
Which is… sorta funny, I guess.
But he pulls this bit up, which I found interesting.
As Dick Cheney was expressing support for marriage equality in 2004—albeit on a ticket in favor of the Federal Marriage Amendment—Hillary waxed righteously about the “fundamental bedrock principle that exists between a man and a woman, going back into the mists of history as one of the founding, foundational institutions of history and humanity and civilization.”
It is very strange how rapidly all of this changes. Hillary would literally get crucified for such a statement these 11 years later. It would literally be the end of her political career.
That is more hardcore than anything the GOP is saying right now.
And somehow, we are supposed to believe gay marriage has always been normal and inevitable. When a decade ago, one of the most liberal politicians the country has ever seen was attacking it as degrading the fundamental foundations of our civilization.
Obviously she now aggressively supports gay marriage and everything else gay. So I don’t see why this Jew felt the need to complain about her.
Unless he is shilling for his boy Bernie.
