As most are already aware, the comments section has gotten out of control. There are up to six or seven hundred of them posted some days, and I don’t read even 20% of them, but I get constant emails about it, and it has come to me that I am going to have to start taking a much more aggressive stance toward some of the issues coming up.
The main problem is people using the comments section to push their own personal agendas and to argue these agendas with others with personal agendas.
It is very important to me that the readers be able to express themselves. However, this is not a debate site, nor do I have any obligation to allow anyone to say everything they want on my website.
The Daily Stormer has an agenda. And anything which does not serve that agenda does not belong here. The site is designed to deliver a clear, simple and easily digested message to as many people as possible.
This is not a blogspot where people who discuss these issues as a hobby can argue about esoteric details.
The Daily Stormer is not a mystery-solving club.
Overly intense debate and argument in the comments section can be confusing and off-putting to those who are new to this information. There are discussion forums all over the internet which are set up for the purpose of hosting debate, and you can easily go there and discuss whatever topics you wish in whatever manner you like.
I have already said that I would not tolerate insults against Christ and Christianity in the comments section, and since having stated this, I have hardly had to delete anything, as the community here has respected me on this point, and those who do not follow Christianity, but would like to voice an opinion, have done so in a respectful manner. My hope is that these new rules will go over the same way.
Clearly, there are Jews all throughout the internet, and it would be ridiculous to not assume they are here, causing chaos in the comments section.
I understand that there is no way to distinguish, objectively, between a person who is honestly giving their opinion and a Jew. That is why I do not accuse people of being Jews, but deal with the content of the post itself.
Please do not tell me about censorship. If my logic for restricting speech does not make sense to you, or if you are a libertarian who will not tolerate anything less than total freedom, then I can only advise that you find another website to post your comments on.
Herein, I will list off a few of the problems we’ve been having, and commentary which I will no longer tolerate.
Anti-Slavic Rhetoric
All of the sudden, the comments section of any article about Russia or other Slavs was flooded with anti-Slavic rhetoric. This is completely unhelpful, and I won’t tolerate it.
Having been in Slavland last year, experiencing the society first-hand, I would be the first to acknowledge that there is a stark contrast between the Slavic people and those of Western Europe, and I am absolutely opposed to any mass-immigration program which brings large numbers of Slavs into Western Europe, due to these pronounced cultural differences (I am not at all opposed to limited Slavic immigration, but tens of millions of people from Bulgaria and now the Ukraine does not qualify as “limited”). That said, Slavs are absolutely White European people, and they are our brothers and sisters, and it is our duty to stand with them.
Attacking the Slavic people is a clear Jew tactic to cause division.
In honor of the Slavic people, and to clear up this idiot Jew-gibberish that “Slavs are not White,” let us reflect on this matter while looking these images of Slavic chicks, as pulled off of the website slavorum.com (that is a combination of the words “Slav” and “Forum” – and you claimed Slavs were not clever?):
Conspiracy Theories
I distanced myself from John Friend last year over his fixation with various conspiracy theories which I find outrageous; I believe the promotion of this type of thinking is totally detrimental to the cause.
I am regularly attacked by conspiracy theorists for not endorsing their theories, whatever they may be. And I don’t think it is right to let these comments stand without answering them, and explaining why they are wrong, as otherwise someone could come along and be drawn in by them. But I simply do not have it in me to make it my life’s work to argue with conspiracy theorists in the comments section.
In order to demonstrate what I do not have the time or patience for, I will examine, and dispel, a conspiracy theory that was launched at me after I denied the Putin Illuminati theory.
The following comment was posted to the questions I asked these conspiracy theorists:
What you can see here is yet another maddening, and I would argue nonsensical, theory.
He uses a few disconnected facts, which on their own mean nothing, but then claims that these facts, mixed with weird leaping logic, mean that Putin is part of a secret Jewish plan to nuke the US in 2020 – this is merely a bizarre assertion, based on nothing at all, pulled out of the air. As I said in my piece condemning the process of building a conspiracy theory:
What happens when you entertain baseless conspiracy mongering is that the thing gets so big, you are continually making up new lines of increasingly bizarre reasoning. You end up with saying things like that this whole situation in the Ukraine was staged, with Putin and the President of the Ukraine playing an act for the Jews, for no reason, in order to transfer the Ukraine from a position as a country secretly controlled by Jews to a country openly controlled by Jews. From there, it is straight down into the psychotic hell of “crisis actors” and CGI and smoke machines. Nothing is real because nothing actually happens. OR – you end up with aliens and lizard people coming for your guns.
In order to explain away Putin’s stopping of the Jewish invasion of Syria, and let his conspiracy remain in tact, he has had to invent a new idea: a secret plan to nuke the US.
The rest of his excuses are nonsensical as well – Putin builds churches and stands against cultural Marxism because the Russian people wouldn’t like cultural Marxism and atheism? Is he there implying that America and the rest of the Western European countries are naturally inclined toward cultural Marxism and Atheism? What about the Slavic countries – who are genetically the same as Russians and have the same background with communism – which have now been flooded with this and have embraced it?
If the purpose of stopping the invasion of Syria – which Putin did do, and is continuing to fund and support the noble Regime of Assad – was to make the US look bad, why does all of the media still attack Putin? He says this is the purpose of the revolution in the Ukraine as well, but that is much more being driven by Germany than it is by the US – will Germany also be nuked in 2020? Why is all of the world media pointing to Putin as the bad guy here, if the purpose is to make the US look bad so they can be nuked? Oh, but at the same time they want the US to look bad so that they can justify nuking us, they want Putin to look bad so they can explain why he nuked us – see how that works?
This is a lot of nonsense masquerading as logic.
This is without going into why on earth the Jews would be planning to nuke the US in 2020 (or at all) – we are not a threat to them now, and by that time there are going to be triple the non-Whites here and the whole place is going to look like Detroit. Oh, but if I ask him this, I’m sure there will be yet another conspiracy theory to explain that. That is the way it goes – it just goes deeper and deeper, becoming more and more disconnected from reality.
Oh, and Russia did send more S-300s to Syria, and has continued to arm them in their fight against the Jew-backed coup. But never-you-mind – that is all part of a crisis actor plot to make Putin and the US both look like bad guys because in order for Putin and China to go through with their planned secret nuclear attack on the US, it is very important that a bunch of people have very specific impressions. For some reason.
Please note that I do understand that all of those who have doubts, or even open hostility towards Putin do not have these wacky theories. Many of them have genuine grievances.
The Putin issue is a sensitive one, as the jury is still out. Putin has had relationships with Jews which I myself am uncomfortable with. However, this in no way proves he is “100% controlled by Jews,” and surely it does not mean that there is a secret conspiracy to nuke the US in the year 2020.
I have been critical of Putin, in many instances, and I will continue to be so when he does things such as builds a Holocaust museum or puts on a yarmulke. But theories such as the one posted above I do not endorse, and do not want to spend hours arguing about, and so I will not allow them on my site. You must understand that when this material appears in the comments section of my site, I am expected to address it, as I have just done here, or it is taken that I either agree with it or have no response. When this comment was not approved for posting, the poster went to another thread, and claimed that my not posting it meant I was tacitly admitting his 2020 nuke public opinion conspiracy was correct. Of course, if I would have approved it, and let it sit in the comments section, uninformed people who read it would be like to assume I didn’t have responses to it, and so it must be true.
You see the conundrum, yes?
What I am seeing now, very clearly, is comments sections being flooded with “Putin is 100% controlled by the Jews” and this is coming just as the conflict is heating up, and it is very suspicious. People who have never commented on this site show up in droves just to say that.
Here is an example that I just found sitting in the queue:
Never having posted before, he showed up to call me a retard because I don’t believe the Ukrainian revolution is real – apparently because I don’t know the secret mystery of that RT Right Sector article everyone was spamming everywhere where it quotes the leader, in 2007, saying he didn’t like Jews. Look at the date on the comment – it was after the stand down and the establishment of the new revolutionary government, after they stated that their first order of business is IMF loans and entering the EU. Is anyone really that stupid, or is this organized subversion? He also implies, as the other one did, that Russian people are somehow immune to Westernization, so the leaders don’t even try it – instead they actively fight against it – Russians have some magical power of resistance that the rest of us don’t have, I guess.
Given my experience with the Golden Dawn, being exposed to their pro-Putin position, along with what I am witnessing with my own eyes – which is a whole lot of good coming from his direction – I am presently inclined to believe that he has the best interests of Russia in mind.
The Jewish-Putin theories are simply the ones presently popping their heads up, but there are obviously many others which I do not want on this site. The Friendist fakery stuff has been getting deleted on-sight for a long time now.
I realize that I myself am someone who would be labeled a conspiracy theorist, but I have a process of working through these things that differs from those who appear to just enjoy believing that they understand a secret mystery.
Threats of Violence
The continued posting of calls for people to be killed is particularly disturbing. I don’t know what more to say, other than: DO NOT DO THAT.
I have recently banned some regular posters, because they just wouldn’t stop, and will continue to do so if this goes on.
I also want to make it perfectly clear that I will not go to jail for you because you made a death threat on my site, and if you post a threat of violence, and the FBI knocks on my door and wants your IP address, I will give it to them.
I should also note that if you post something other than a death threat or call for violence and the FBI asks for your IP, I will happily go to jail for you. But I have no duty to those who would risk the continued existence of this site because they like to post “someone find this nigger and lynch him” in comments.
I understand there is also a bit of gray area here. So please, just ask yourself – “is this a call for someone to be murdered, or something which could be distorted into a call for someone to be murdered?” – and if the answer is “yes,” then don’t post it.
Anti-Woman Sentiment
Clement has taken issue with some comments on the article he wrote for Valentine’s Day, viewing them as anti-woman, comparing them to the “game” material which is apparently promoted in some WN circles.
I didn’t read much of it, but could basically agree with what he is saying. I am not sure what triggered people in that article, as all it was arguing for was classical romanticism, not some type of subservience to women.
Romance is in our blood as Europeans. Attacking romance is clearly anti-White.
Peoples’ issues with women confuse me. Obviously we are all against feminism. But hating women for that is like hating children for eating too much candy and getting sick. They got sucked into something through an exploitation of base drives, just like their mother Eve did, and are now paying the price as much as we are. I don’t think being mean to women is going to solve the problem. In fact, I’m sure it’s not.
What a woman dislikes is a man who acts like a fag who won’t stand up or assert himself. So definitely don’t act like that. But otherwise, women do appreciate respect. Unless they have some psychological damage, and have no respect for themselves. But if that is the case, they are probably going to go with a black guy anyway. And I don’t know why any traditionalist male would be interested in a female with no self-respect in the first place.
If you want to meet women, just talk to them, make them laugh, then ask for their number. If they say no, do it again with the same girl or a different one. This isn’t rocket science and you don’t need to read a book about it.
I am not sure about Clement’s view that we need to find “pro-White women,” but maybe I misunderstand it. In my view, it is merely important to find a woman with a good heart, who will treat you well, and who probably doesn’t care too much about politics.
I am not going to go into a big elaboration about male-female relations here, I have done that a bunch of times already, and this isn’t the place for it. But yes, a bunch of comments attacking women and talking about a need to not hold doors for women is unhelpful, and makes it look like we are a bunch of bitter, lonely people who have personal issues with women. Not a good image.
Those are comments you won’t get banned for. Actually, most of this stuff you won’t get banned for (the calls for murders you will get banned for). Just get your comment deleted. Crying about having your comments deleted, however, is a permaban. Because I do not like crybabies who are incapable of recognizing authority.
Blacks and Liberals
People have complained about the blacks and liberals who post a comment and then disappear. I am not really bothered by this. They tend to demonstrate their own idiocy. Blacks will generally say something like “u devils mad cuz we fuk ur bitchs n takin ovr da cuntry.” I don’t really think that allowing them to demonstrate that they are exactly what we tend to say they are is a problem.
With the liberals, I think debating them is good exercise for regular commenters. And it is possible they could learn a thing or two. I’m not afraid they are going to sway anyone.
To Conclude
My thinking is, I won’t likely have to enforce much of this, as the posters here tend to be respectful, and are not likely to cause trouble when I’ve asked them not to.
I can’t really enforce much of this anyway at present, since I don’t have the time to read many of the comments. Plus I really don’t enjoy banning people. So, I suppose this is more of a declaration of intent, and a petitioning of those who post here to follow these guidelines, so that this place can be one where all of the hundreds (sometimes thousands) of new people who find this site every day can see something as straightforward as possible.
