The Anti-Defamation League led by this Jew named Jonathan Greenblatt is in clear violation of their non-profit 501(c)(3) status.
It is time that we all demand that the Internal Revenue Service revoke the Anti-Defamation League’s non-profit 501(c)(3) status. As a non-profit organization, they are not allowed to intervene in the electoral process or show bias towards or against particular candidates for public office.
You can file a complaint by filling out IRS form 13909. More information about the complaint process can be found here on the IRS’s website. It is a short form and should only take 10 minutes to fill out. Everyone should do this.
You will need the following information to complete the form which is found on the ADL’s 990. Seems as if the most up to date 990 the ADL has made available is their 2014 990. Ironically, not making a more updated version of this available to the public appears to be another 501(c)(3) violation.

Here’s a summary of some of their violations. There are probably others.
The ADL is in violation of their 501(c)(3) status by actively intervening in the 2016 presidential election process. They have demanded that all presidential candidates disavow various individuals who actively advance pro-White ideologies in an official press release. By placing demands on candidates for elected office, they are intervening in the electoral process and are in violation of their 501(c)(3) status.
They have also shown an obvious bias in opposition to Donald J. Trump a candidate for elective public office.
In this ADL press release, ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt and ADL National Chair Marvin Nathan specifically single out and demand that Donald J. Trump condemn David Duke and disavow individuals and groups who believe in pro-White ideologies. In the same press release, no demand is made of other presidential candidates. The ADL’s actions here show an obvious bias against Mr. Trump and is another clear violation of their 501(c)(3) status.
A Jewish Daily Forward article quotes Mr. Greenblatt describing specific comments Mr. Trump made as “obscene”. This once again shows a deliberate bias against Mr. Trump.
These activities are clearly against Internal Revenue Code as outlined on the IRS’s website.
Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. Contributions to political campaign funds or public statements of position (verbal or written) made on behalf of the organization in favor of or in opposition to any candidate for public office clearly violate the prohibition against political campaign activity. Violating this prohibition may result in denial or revocation of tax-exempt status and the imposition of certain excise taxes.
Certain activities or expenditures may not be prohibited depending on the facts and circumstances. For example, certain voter education activities (including presenting public forums and publishing voter education guides) conducted in a non-partisan manner do not constitute prohibited political campaign activity. In addition, other activities intended to encourage people to participate in the electoral process, such as voter registration and get-out-the-vote drives, would not be prohibited political campaign activity if conducted in a non-partisan manner.
On the other hand, voter education or registration activities with evidence of bias that (a) would favor one candidate over another; (b) oppose a candidate in some manner; or (c) have the effect of favoring a candidate or group of candidates, will constitute prohibited participation or intervention.
I will personally be filing a complaint shortly. We should flood the IRS with as many complaints as humanly possible to draw attention to this subversive organization known as the Anti-Defamation League.
